Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the following information and refer to this document before submitting any reimbursement requests. No reimbursement requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. Payments of license fees are generally not refundable. If there is an error in the payment transactions or duplication has been made the payment might be eligible for a reimbursement.

Please note that certain terms, conditions and restrictions apply to the sale of the product on-line through the service that might not otherwise apply to the sale of physical goods. No refunds will be issued if your computer does not meet the minimum product requirements or due to your dissatisfaction with the product. Refunds may be offered with respect to sales of the product on-line or through the Service only if each of the following conditions is met:

  1. The product has NOT been downloaded
  2. The product has NOT been used
  3. Your request for a refund is made within 48 hours from the time you purchase the product
  4. Star Vault AB finds your request to be reasonable due to special circumstances.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE OFFERED IF THE CLIENT HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED OR BEEN USED. ALL SUCH SALES ARE FINAL.

EU Customers. If you reside in the European Union and you purchase the product, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as amended, may apply to you and may provide you with the right to withdraw from your purchase of the product within fourteen (14) calendar days, commencing on the date after you purchase the product (the “Withdrawal Period’). You will lose any such right of withdrawal if you begin downloading or using the product prior to the end of the Withdrawal Period. Our services will commence immediately after you have received a purchase confirmation email. To withdraw from your purchase of the product during the Withdrawal Period, please refer to our support mail at support@starvault.se.

 

Subscription fees. After your thirty (30) days, you are required to pay a subscription fee to maintain your account and access the game. Star Vault AB may amend the subscription fee and payment terms at any time. All subscription fees are non-refundable. If Star Vault AB is unable to process your payment at any time, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated at Star Vault AB's discretion.
